- Our policy lasts for 24 hours.
- If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- A user can cancel his order by clicking on ‘Cancel’. Once the user clicks on it, a request to cancel the order will be raised on Tropa’s end. While canceling the order, the reason for cancellation may be asked and the user shall have to provide the same for cancellation. After the request is confirmed, the refund process will commence and will be completed within 4 to 7 working days.
Returns and Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your order for cancellation is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for cancellation.
- If you are approved, then our customer support team will guide you through the procedure of returning the ordered products. The procedure for your refund will also commence and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 to 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, from our end.
- The exchange is applicable with same, ordered item only.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care representatives will guide you through the procedure.
