How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the “Register” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.
Can I have multiple registrations?
Each email address and contact number can only be associated with one Tropa account.
Are there any charges for registration?
No. Registration on Tropa is absolutely free.
Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Tropa?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
What is My Account?
My Account allows you to view your active orders, as well as see your order history and update your contact details.
How do I reset my password?
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact us by mailing us and our customer support team will respond.
Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is GST added to the invoice?
The GST is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by Tropa to your order.
How can I pay for my order at Tropa?
We support the following payment options at Tropa:

- Net banking
What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days.
I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?
GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.
How is the GST amount decided?
GST amount: If applicable, the amount of GST collected from customer depends on category of the product in question.
